Plain and simple, the boss fight in a game while you were a kid that made you go in your pants.
For me? Earthbound-Giygas:I got up to the level this guy at around 11:00 at night, and I was pumped as hell after beating pokey with that awesome theme of his I would just be met by damn Giygas. I was expecting something awesome, you know what I get? No theme, no wait in fact THERE was a damn theme, it was just empty and foreboding, a sense of constant doom. After about a minute in the only thing I hear from the them is electronic sounds. I felt like I was going to go insane! It was around 12:00 at this time and I just kept getting the chills from the fact that this stupid boss was scareing the crap out of me. To this day, he is my most hated boss. He is faceless and vile, and I hate him even more after finding out he then starts to resemble the figure of a baby in a womb.
Well anyway, thats my most hated boss and the to scare me the most.
