Chatbox & Game Issue (Urgent)

Hi there,

im a very very old game player of this game playing from dont know from how long

well i have 2 problems now

1st i cant see the CHATBOX it was visible to me the last i had came to the forum which quite long back maybe weeks or month. i dont know why i cannot see the chatbox.

2nd in game issue, its not anymore realtime game it seems the attack by artilleries to units or anything doesnt show attacked by this artillery or even when i attack something or unit by artillery or battleship or any factory unit it takes ages to see if its unit is decreasing

for example: if i attack 30 units with 8 artilleries, than within 30mins or so it shud say atleast 2-3 units went down like before or even the initial hit decrease, but its not show i was attacking 5 units with 4 artilleries for 1hr and attacked it by 30 units after 1hr and whts the result i get my 30units+2armor cars decreased to 26units + 2 armor cars n his units decreased to 2units means no effect of my artilleries on it which were bombarding on it from last 1hr

whats going on please reply soon as im starting to lose interest in this game which im playing from a year long or so...
