Province glitch

I think a couple of other people have put this on the forms but I feel my case is severe. It has happened to me before and a simple replacement of troops has fixed it but this time the glitch has gotten very bad. I think I supplied a picture but I'm not sure if I uploaded it correctly. I contacted support and a mod but nothing worked. I'm also getting glitches within the provinces where the provinces thinks it has troops in it when it doesn't. There will be like a troop in a pathway of the province but you cannot move it because it is in the garrison even though it does not appear in the city.
