Submarine stopped building

I was building a submarine in my game 231991, checked it hour or 2 ago and I had 3 1/2 hrs left. When I went back into the game after day change my submarine hadn't completed and there was none nothing building in my factory. :nono:

I didn't cancel the order so can any one tell me what has happened to my submarine :(
