Score Not Being Calculated

Okay, so I have waited two or three days, and granted I have not really done much in those days, my service score has not increased. As well as my alliance score has not increased.

I have been looking at some of my alliance members service scores, and they do not seem to be increasing either. Is there a problem here, or could it just so happen that myself, and my entire alliance, aren't gaining points because none of us are doing anything in game?
