Do artillery/railguns/battleships have autofire? I'm planning an invasions and I plan to bombard them first. I have a battleship that is moving into position to fire and will be in position in 3 hours. At that time the battleship will begin its bombardment. I haven't declared war yet and I want this to be a surprise attack. I have a railgun already in position but I want to have both of them start their bombardment at the same time. I'm going to bed now so I won't be able to manually use the railgun to fire. I'm just wondering if the railgun will autofire at the same moment that the battleship fires because it will be the same moment that our countries are in a state of war.
