Searching for an alliance

Hi there guys, I am looking for an alliance of medium level players. Im not a noob but haven't really played long team games. I have get tired of playing in maps were 8/10 players are leavers and want to start playing with the alliance members, and may be joining tournaments.

I have 1 year of experience, like teamplaying and cooperation, and connect several times a day, thanks for reading!
