I finished production of my first artillery by the end of day 12, and am about to finish another by the start of day 13. Just wondering why they finished so early. (No GM used)

* Factory finish on day 10, artillery start on day 10.
Usually artillery produced in a lvl 1 factory should take 4 days. Was the production quicker because I was building a lvl 2 factory that was mostly complete before my first artillery was complete?
