Alliance to gather serious players?

I´d like to play against players that will not quit the game as soon as it starts. I´m not looking to play in a fixed team, but rather to have people to invite and getting invites from in order to play against each other knowing that enough people will stay in the game to make it interresting.

If anyone have an alliance that fits my description please don´t hessitate to invite me.

I have been playing for 12 days and believe that this game will become one of my favourite games as soon as I can find some serious players.
