Ok so I'm the moderator of the League of Freedom. For the past few days their has been tension building up between our leader unbeat and the two members M.C and Loserlol. The two members want him completely out of the alliance and want me as leader. However unlike them, I recognize the casting ou unbeat will hurt our very small alliance. Also Unbeat is the backbone of the alliance with experience and makes up the majority of our points. Also he trusts me and I don't want to destroy that. It's been Pms for a while but now Unbeat has made a form where I'm sure theyll argue and the alliance will be destroy. Usually I can fix these situations.

But I think our two members approached Unbeat to harsh which is why their is anger. I mean can you imagine getting a pm from your own members demanding you remove yourself as leader. Also since he's the creator, he refuses to step down.

I have tried suggestions but after the recent Pms, Unbeat is either going to disband the alliance or remove our two members. Both would hurt the alliance really bad.

So now what would you do? Should I take over as leader to save the alliance. I'm also considering a compromise where Unbeat will be the moderator but this would anger him and the members and cause future problems.

I know a quick way would be just to disband the alliance altogether but I like them all so can this be resolved without a backlash?

Also made the title stupid because Unbeat will consider it a stupid thread and won't bother to look into it? Mr.C is very inactive in the forms, and Loserlol just won't bother with it.
