A Bug?

I do not know if it's a bug, but people I have invited to the game cannot log on to the game. They get an error saying the tab failed and is reopening only it repeats itself. Is this a bug or must they reinstall java because I had this problem once but it went away.

EDIT: I don't mean a certain game number, I mean they can register but are unable to log on the games itself.
