Would this work?

So, I was wondering if this would work or not.

1. Move army into range of fort.
2. Fort has artillery.
3. Extract one unit
4. Move army out of range
5. Send one infantry unit flying into the enemy
6. Get back into range
7. Keep repeating every combat round

OR

8. Have men suicide into fortress to stop artillery bombardments.
