What makes you continue to play supremacy?

Just wondering. You see I imagine the new players quit because they have a hard time winning.And then all you colonels, generals, and marshals with every medal still play, why? I imagine that you guys would quit knowing every trick, having earned every medal, and having your scores so high that theirs no point. And for the newer players why do you play when you have the opposite of the higher ups?

For me I play because I want to accomplish and get every medal and become a very good player. Also I want to get back at a player who's extremely high-ranking.
