Hello this is wacho789, and I have come across a new problem in which I do not know the answer to. I have been playing Supremacy1914 for a long time now, and I've never had any problems with loading the game or getting the plug in when I first started. However, just recently the game said I did not have the plug in, so of course, I went to install it. The Supremacy Installer automatically tries to install Java assuming I don't have it when I do, and comes up with a fail (because I already have Java) and asks if I would like to install it manually. Then I accept and it brings me to the java website and I download. It then comes up saying that I already have Java and asks if I would like to reinstall it. I accept that and as it tries to remove the Java before it installs again I get this error: Java(TM) 6 Update 22 -- Error 1723.There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
I can not seem to get rid of Java completely (JRE6 I believe). However other times when I try to install the plug in it tells me that it can not find JRE6, the last file that Java will not get rid of (because of the 1723 error above). I really enjoy this game and if anybody can help me that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, wacho
