Ok, in Game ID 243819 some players were banned for cheating (multi accounts) but I was not involved in that process. What happened is that one of the nations involved (Arabia) was allied with me. So, when administrator kicked Arabia out and changed its status to neutral, my troops that were passing through his territory ended up starting an attack that was not ordered by me. They were just going through what was my ally's territory. So, now, I am being attacked by my enemies and my former friend. Could anyone just set Arabia status with me to neutral. You can see by the paper it was an accident and the fault of it happening was not mine at all.
