Delayed Goldmark in game

I bought some Goldmark about 3 hours ago, and even though it shows on my account page, it is still not showing up to spend in the game...

I only bought it as I really needed it to help with a morale problem..

And now I have been waiting for hours to spend it..

Have tried starting and restarting the game, logging out, rebooting the PC, but still nothing!!

Any ideas anyone?
