Na het succes , maar vooral het vroegtijdige einde voor de meeste spelers zijn we terug voor ronde 2!
Toompower wist in de eerste editie op dag 58 met 844 punten de map af te ronden.

De game zal de volgende instellingen hebben:

Compañeros yo he formado una alianza y he querido preguntar lo siguiente, en mi alianza a mi mando tengo 4 miembros 2 son moderadores de la alianza y 2 son miembros pero dos jugadores se querian unir y les decia que ya estaba llena que ha alcanzado la mayoria de los miembros y que no se acmiten mas, no entiendo por que si hay alianzas hasta de 40 miembros por que yo no puedo tener la misma cantidad, gracias.

Jest przycisk stop, to niech będzie i przycisk zwolnij.
Chciałabym zobaczyć przycisk, który pozwalałby przenieść wszystkich szpiegów do puli "bezczynnych". Jest to trochę uciążliwe, nasłać na kogoś 300 szpiegów, a potem pojedynczo ich zbierać.

I'm trying out a game with special rules to reflect the pre-industrial age of Napoleon, as follows:

THE AGE OF NAPOLEON (ROLE PLAY)



SPECIAL RULES



This game is trying recreate warfare in the pre-industrial Napoleonic era and has special rules to reflect that.



FACTORIES: Only factories of LEVEL 1 are allowed. This means that it will not be possible to build Tanks, Railguns, Battleships, Heavy Tanks, Fighters, Bombers or Submarines. ALL such units are BANNED. ARMOURED CARS are also BANNED.


RAILWAYS: Only started to appear around 1830 so CONSTRUCTION OF RAILWAYS MAY NOT BEGIN UNTIL DAY 50


AIRFIELDS may NOT be constructed


ALLOWED UNITS: Infantry, Cavalry, Artillery, Balloons, Light Cruisers ONLY. (Light Cruisers are a little too fast really, but naval warfare was an important aspect in the period). Banned units offered in trade for goldmarks are also banned.



The game will have a maximum peace period to give people time to develop trading partners (I don't think it will be possible for most countries to supply all their needs) and conduct future diplomacy.

Gran Guerra: 500 jugadores

Buenas.

No tengo mucha experiencia en el juego (me registré hace años pero no jugué apenas hasta hace poco). Estoy probando el mapa de 500 y es bastante locura a partir del día 40-50 (al menos para mí).

Tengo 2 dudas básicas:

1. Ahora los países son gigantescos, de 200 ó 300 regiones y claro, cuando atacas y un bando sale ganador, es habitual que el resto del país quede vacio y te expandas con mucha rapidez. Ahí lo que pasa es que aunque canceles todos los cuarteles, la población aumenta mucho en poco tiempo y la moral de las regiones es muy baja, por lo que tus recursos de comida y pescado empiezan a sufrir una burrada (en plan perder 400/h o más). ¿Hay alguna solución para evitar eso? Normalmente estás en guerra con varios países y tienes pila de regiones con el 35% de moral durante semanas...

2. Tengo bombarderos y cazas, vale, los cazas más o menos controlados, exploración, detectar enemigos y patrullar bombarderos. Pero los bombarderos no sé muy bien como emplearlos. Si atacas a ciudades normalmente cae alguno por el camino (incluso teniendo 10 ó 15 juntos). Y si atacas a torres de tropas (hablo de 1000 tropas + tanques + artillerías etc.), pues tengo entendido que aunque se reparte el daño, también se pierden bastantes. ¿cómo los utilizáis vosotros, sólo atacando a unidades sueltas con pocas unidades?

The game is Brilliant as it is, though it could be amazingly better. Here are some ideas

1. New troop units such as A7V, maybe some more planes and maybe L30 airship. Maybe even getting rid of 'bomber' and 'armoured car' and having 'gotha' and 'caproni' instead for every unit.
2. More customisation options such as troop uniforms, weapons, plane/boat liveries and stuff just to make the game a little cooler

:mad: How is it possible to build-up such an amount off troops and units? We start at the same time on a map and all off a sudden my compedeter has an enormous amount of forces. I think it smells like cheating and you don't enjoy the game anymore.

Compiled Data Sheet


Good evening everyone.

It is time that the compiled data sheet I have created is released to the public as it was originally created with the intent to one day eradicate common misconceptions about the game mechanics. It was created to help and I reason that it would help far more people, if in the hands of the masses rather than being locked up somewhere, where only the privileged few whom have access to it can benefit of its content.

I would like to mention that the page will update itself whenever something has been updated in the document and that I will try to adjust the values of this document in accordance with changes in the game. It is a document under construction and as such you may see some excessive information here and there. Some things need to be verified still; but I am quite delighted to say that it is certainly better than nothing.

A special thank you goes to NarmerTheLion and the lab rats of mine for having actively assisted me in not only calculating and collecting data, but also for having inspired me to create a user friendly layout and hopefully it will be received as such. I wish that I would have more free time to continue on this document as I was having plans on including new formulas, strategies and tactics etc. to it. Unfortunately that have to wait until I have some free time and hopefully it will not take long for such a window of opportunity to present itself.

Currently there are a couple of formulas that I have made the active decision not to include in this document as I want to continue doing my research on them and the reason as to why I do not include them at the moment is that they may or may not be considered as highly game breaking as it has to do with damage deviation & battle calculation.
